We build budget-friendly new homes by accepting the cost of an Architect and Designer to create a custom home plan for you. To save your project value, we offer pre-designed homes and you can select your home design from our pre-build home plan and designs.

We always provide outline of specific price details so you have idea of expenditure. In your build process, you can choose the level of our involvement by using the option which is there to have us include additional items or upgrades. Also, we provide predetermined build schedule so you know what to expect and when to expect it.

If you are not sure, we would like to set up some time to meet with you and discuss your need in details. We offer a package that is almost move-in ready. In this package, all interior walls, floors, and major fixtures will be placed in your complete home. There may still be some pending tasks to complete such as placing appliances or doing landscaping work, etc, but the vast majority of the construction will be complete.
